Before opening a new bottle, wash the dispenser with cool running water; rins and empty several times by activating the metal (or plastic) drip collector.

Wipe dispenser dry externally with a soft cloth.

When spirits with high sugar content are used, it is ABSOLUTELY necessary to wash the dispenser every time a new bottle is fitted.

The dispenser must not be left out of use without first having been thoroughly washed.

When dispensers are used in rooms subject to considerable changes in temperature during the night (especially in winter) it is advisable to remove the bottles from the supports and them standing upright (with the dispenser still fitted) to be replaced next morning.
